Swedish Property Magazine – the journal for private property owners in Sweden

Fastighetstidningen (Swedish Property Magazine) has been the journal for private property owners in Sweden since 1910. The magazine has an edition of 20,000 copies (2008) and is published 11 times a year, in Swedish.

Fastighetstidningen is published by the Swedish Property Federation, whose main purpose is to develop expertise in the property sector and to represent the interests of property owners vis-à-vis the world outside the sector. The Swedish Property Federation has nearly 20,000 property-owning members – both individual entrepreneurs and companies – with a total of 43,000 properties.  The Federation was one of the founders, and is a current member of, the European Property Federation, EPF, whose headquarters are in Brussels (www.epf-fepi.com).

Fastighetstidningen is the leading magazine in the Swedish property sector, with articles and reports on developments in the Swedish rental and owned property market, as well as on the conditions affecting property enterprise in Sweden. Every issue has 30,000 readers, most of them decision-makers in their property enterprise. The journal is produced in magazine format, in four-colour throughout. As an advertiser, you are offered the lowest contact cost in the sector and the possibility of advertising both in the printed magazine and on the Website.
